Erin Victor, NMD, is a primary care physician who focuses on family, women’s, and pediatric m
edicine as well as fertility and prenatal health. The practice of creating a foundation of health for the family as a whole, with prevention at its core, inspired her to become a physician. Her appreciation of the diversity of people’s lives fostered a passionate desire to help them become the fullest expression of themselves.
philosophy centers on identifying and treating the root cause of a problem rather than just the symptoms, using the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the tools it needs. This approach often requires in-depth work with nutrition and lifestyle to optimize health. As an expert in prevention and chronic disease, Dr. Victor believes in using customized naturopathic approaches to fit the specific needs of each client.
After graduating from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, Dr. Victor rediscovered her love of obstetrics and began her residency in home-birth midwifery, which she will complete with Mary Ann Baul at Womancare Midwifery in Flagstaff. She serves as a Board Member and officer of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, co-chairing legislative affairs and serving on the marketing committee in order to increase awareness about naturopathic medicine and improve access in underserved communities.
A native Arizonan and an outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Victor is thrilled about returning to the Flagstaff community and is honored to serve at Flagstaff Clinic of Naturopathic Medicine and Womancare Midwifery.
